The new Wilderness was quite interesting... There were a lot of things to see and read, even if some of them were a little... odd. But the robot was fun to play with!
[Even if he did break it at first... But he managed to fix it and even brought back souvenirs.]
Lin-chan~ I have a gift for you~! And Bastet-san, I think you might be interested in seeing some of these.

Date: 2010-11-05 10:45 pm (UTC)And even if they were probably going to be bickering all night and piss Bastet off, she couldn't let them be alone all that time, since she had the chance to come too. ]
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-06 12:24 am (UTC)Ah, Lin-ch-- Lin-san~! Welcome to my humble abode.
[One that he had done his best to clean up. Most of the usual clutter had been shoved into the spare bedroom, leaving only two bags of merchandise from the convention center on the sofa.]
Come in and make yourself at home while I go get your gifts!
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-06 08:55 pm (UTC)It stinks in here.
[ Well, he wasn't expecting a 'it's nice to see you', was he? But she did as he said, walking in and peeking into the bags in the sofa. ]
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-06 10:03 pm (UTC)[He knew it didn't stink. Letting his apartment become so would interfere with all the senses that he would need when carrying out experiments.]
Ah, here you go!
[At first it just looks like a bag full of books, until she picks them up and flips through them and see scenes depicting her and Bastet together in... interesting poses. And oh look, there was one where he was in it too, though the words all seem to have been blanked out by the tree. Oh and let's not forget that.]
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-07 12:23 am (UTC)Then she picked one up, it could have been recipes, that would have been useful--
And then she just. Stared. Her brain not quite able to process what she was seeing.
For two whole seconds, even. ]
What's this?!
[ And then she's dropping the booklet as if it's scorching hot. ]
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-07 01:34 am (UTC)[The reply came from the kitchen, Crimson having carefully removed himself from within hitting distance of Lin after he gave her the bag of goodies.]
I found them down in the new Wilderness. Quite eye-opening aren't they~?
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-07 01:55 am (UTC)You!
[ She let the book fall again to follow him in the kitchen. ]
Where did you get those? Were there others? We're going to burn all of them.
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-07 04:47 am (UTC)[Well, he did. Kind of.]
I brought as much as I could up, but unfortunately, there are still more down there. You're quite welcome to bring some back with you. To guard and keep away from others, of course. The rest are for Bastet-san, I'm sure she'll be... interested in seeing them.
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-12 12:35 am (UTC)[ Having to talk about it, on top of having had to see it, was making Lin's cheeks slowly turn... Crimson. But she pretended they weren't. ]
It's inappropriate and dishonourable and we'll get rid of then.
Re: Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-12 04:56 am (UTC)I think she has a right to see them.
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-12 11:40 pm (UTC)You will do as I say.
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-14 02:17 am (UTC)She's going to find out anyway; I'd rather she found out from people she's close to. And of course, got the satisfaction of doing the burning herself.
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-14 02:46 am (UTC)Yet... ]
Fine. But there's no need to make her see. We'll just tell her what they are.
Re: Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-14 03:02 am (UTC)[He paused in his chopping for a second.]
Though, she might not believe us if we didn't have proof... Should we leave one of the less... risqué ones, just in case?
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-14 04:59 pm (UTC)I'll choose. You stay here in the meantime. [ Because the last thing she needed was him watching from over her shoulder like a creeper while she looked at-- whatever the hell those books were (porn).
She walked back to the sofa, clenching her jaw while she picked up the bag again and began skimming through the booklets. ]
Re: Quicklog; 1/?
Date: 2010-11-14 08:58 pm (UTC)Yo.
[She tosses a wave to Crimson in the kitchen, then heads straight for Lin, assuming these are the gifts Crimson had been talking about earlier.]
Already into them, hmm? Is my stuff over there too?
[Picks one up before Lin can say anything]

Date: 2010-11-14 09:03 pm (UTC)Well.
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-14 09:52 pm (UTC)[Perfect timing, really. Crimson immediately skittered around the counter and towards them, flopping over the back of the sofa (conveniently catching a glimpse of the doujinshi Lin had been looking at) before reaching over her for the box of matches on the coffee table and holding it up.]
We were just waiting for you to show up since we thought you should have the honor of starting the fire! I asked Lin-san to pick out a less... well, revealing one to show you out of all the ones I was able to bring up.
[Crimson, master bullshitter. And trying to shift all the blame from Lin onto himself. Because he really, really didn't want Lin trying to kill him for the rest of his days here.]
Quicklog;
Date: 2010-11-14 10:41 pm (UTC)She glanced at him. Oh. Oh. Lin really thought he would have blamed her for everything to make her look like a pervert in Bastet's eyes. Because that's the kind of thing he would have found funny, isn't it? But she tried not to look surprised at all, otherwise Bastet really might not believe him.
Maybe that intervention bought him a few hours. ]
W-what he said.
[ But just in case she dropped the book right back into the bag. ]
I didn't even look-- [ --too much.] Let's... Burn them.
